Pilot terms. Kyvena is in an invitation-only pilot. These are simplified terms for the pilot; we will publish full terms before Kyvena opens to the public.

These terms apply when you use the Kyvena app or this website, operated by GrandVaren Technologies, Ashta, Madhya Pradesh, India ("we", "us"). By using Kyvena, you agree to them.

1. The service

Kyvena lets you add your car, take photos of visible damage, receive a preliminary damage assessment and repair-cost range, choose a participating authorised workshop, have its service advisor review your case, and book an appointment. Features may change, pause or stop during the pilot.

2. Who can use Kyvena

You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Your account

You log in with your phone number and a one-time code. Keep your phone secure, because anyone with access to it may be able to use your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app or on the delete-account page, except while a repair case is still in progress.

4. Estimates are not quotations

Every estimate Kyvena shows is preliminary, not a final quotation or offer. Only the workshop can confirm the actual price, after inspecting your car. See our Disclaimer.

5. Workshops, repairs and payments

Workshops are independent businesses. Any repair agreement, price, payment, warranty or dispute about a repair is between you and the workshop. Kyvena does not carry out repairs and does not collect payments for them.

6. Your photos and information

Only upload photos and details of a vehicle you own or are allowed to act for, and keep your information accurate. We use your photos and case details to provide the service, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Fair use

Don't misuse Kyvena: no false cases, no attempts to access other people's data, no interference with the service, and nothing unlawful.

8. Fees

Kyvena is free for car owners during the pilot. If we ever introduce charges, we will tell you clearly before you pay anything. See our Refund Policy.

9. Our responsibility

We work to keep Kyvena accurate and available, but during the pilot it is provided as it is, without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on a preliminary estimate, or for the repairs, prices or services of any workshop. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Indian consumer protection law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using Kyvena after that, the updated terms apply.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Sehore, Madhya Pradesh will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
