Kyvena's damage assessment and repair-cost range are preliminary estimates of visible external damage only, based on the photos you provide. They are not a quotation, an offer or a guaranteed price. Hidden or internal damage can only be found when a workshop physically inspects your car, and it can change the final cost significantly.

A workshop's reviewed estimate can change too

A service advisor's review is also based on your photos. The workshop confirms the actual price only after inspecting your car.

AI can be wrong

The assessment is produced with the help of AI. It can miss damage or misjudge it. Always confirm with the workshop before you decide on a repair.

Not insurance advice

Kyvena is not an insurance company, agent or surveyor, and does not decide or settle insurance claims. Check with your insurer before choosing between a claim and paying for a repair yourself.

Workshops are independent

Workshops you choose through Kyvena are independent businesses. They set their own prices, carry out the repairs, and are responsible for their work, warranties and bills.

No link with car manufacturers

Kyvena is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any car manufacturer. Brand and model names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify vehicles.
