Kyvena is free for car owners

We don't charge car owners for using Kyvena, and we don't collect any payments in the app or on this website. That means there is nothing for us to refund.

No booking fees

Kyvena never charges a fee for booking a workshop appointment.

Repair payments go to the workshop

If you go ahead with a repair, you pay the workshop directly. Refunds, cancellations and disputes about repair work or bills are handled by that workshop under its own policies.

If this changes

If we introduce paid services in future, we will publish their refund terms on this page before charging anything.
