Kyvena helps car owners get a preliminary, photo-based estimate for visible car damage and connects them with a participating authorised service workshop. This page explains what we collect, why, who sees it, how long we keep it, and how to delete it.
We do not collect your device's location, contacts, or payment card details. Workshop search uses a fixed city location, not your phone's GPS.
Every AI estimate is preliminary only — it is not a final repair quotation. Hidden damage can only be found when the workshop physically inspects your car.
We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.
We keep your data while you use the service, and for up to 90 days after your last repair case is closed. After that, your personal details are removed as described below.
You can delete your account at any time — inside the app, or on the web at /delete-account (no app needed; we send a code to your phone to confirm it's you). An account can't be deleted while a repair case is still in progress.
When your account is deleted, we remove your name, phone number, vehicle registration number and your photos. Records of repairs and bills are kept for accounting and for improving estimate accuracy, but are no longer linked to you.
All data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access is limited by role: customers see only their own cases, and a workshop advisor sees only cases sent to their workshop.
Kyvena is not intended for anyone under 18.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
